Post marathon recovery day. Ate a giant breakfast of eggs and sausage with some coffee and coconut cream (those are the little floaters in the cup).

Chili!

The husband made an amazing cocoa chili for dinner. I wanted to eat it all, but it’s so rich I could only eat one bowl. He made some cauliflower rice to put it on.

Recovery breakfast.
