Whole30 Day 25
I think I’ve got the hang of eating at work down. Packing my meals the night before has been the key to success. Today I had a baked sweet potato and cooked 2 poached eggs in the microwave and smothered them with salsa. Great start to my day.
For lunch I ate some tuna over mixed greens, walnuts, and little tomatoes with some fresh blueberries, strawberries and mixed nuts. I’ve learned that if I don’t eat enough fat during lunch I tend to get tired midday so adding more nuts (my avocado’s are not ripe yet) works wonders.
Dinner was a giant salad with poached eggs, turkey burgers and sweet potato veggie hash. Looks gross but tastes delicious.
