Boot Camp With Kate
Group boot camp classes are run on a 4 week schedule at a Seattle area park, rain or shine. All you need is a yoga mat and a water bottle. Classes include total body toning, plyometrics, intervals, and cardiovascular speed and endurance training.
When: 6:00-7:00pm Monday & Wednesday RAIN or SHINE
Cost: $10 drop in or $65 for the entire 4 weeks.

Though I would love to offer an “every fitness level welcome” program, success in Boot Camp relies on the ability to utilize basic physical mobility. You will need to be able to move from standing exercises to sitting exercises and jump with relative ease and to run without difficulty. Those with serious chronic illness or ongoing physical ailments of the low back or knee joints would not be a good fit for boot camp. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you are unsure if boot camp is right for you.

Need help setting goals, getting started or just some good ‘ol direction, one-on-one training might be for you. I can work with you at your home, gym*, or any outdoor location for personalized workouts. I will help you establish the goals needed to help you succeed.
